By submitting a session you hereby grant and release to CzechDreamin, z.s. (“CzechDreamin”), its successors, and assigns the right to record my entire presentation, including my likeness, voice and verbal statements, on film, videotape, and audiotape (collectively, the “Recording”) . I also grant CzechDreamin the right to edit, distribute and/or sell the Recording, alone or as part of a compilation, at its discretion without additional approval from me or compensation to me. Nothing in this Agreement constitutes an affirmative obligation on the part of CzechDreamin to distribute the recording.
I further grant to CzechDreamin the right to use the Recording, my name, likeness, voice, and biographical information and any other information about me in connection with the advertising, promotion and public relation efforts relating to the conference in any and all media, now known or hereafter created without any compensation to me.
I acknowledge CzechDreamin’s right, as the owner of the Recording, to copyright the Recording in CzechDreamin’s name and release CzechDreamin and anyone authorized by it to use the Recording from any claims and liabilities I now have or may hereafter have by reason of CzechDreamin’s use of the Recording and/or from my participating in the conference.
