You arrived to Prague to enjoy a great conference, a lot of highly interesting sessions full of new knowledge, but most likely to do some sightseeing as well. We are ready to show you the best places at Prague and hired our own tour guide, who will be ready for you. Here is the agenda of the day, so you know what to expect.

Our first walking tour should start at 10am by the Powder Tower on the Republic Square (náměstí Republiky).

The route would follow many famous places with historical monuments in the city centre, especially in the Old Town area, such as the Estates Theatre (the oldest theatre in the city), the Karolinum – main Charles University building (the oldest university in Czech Republic), the Old Town Square with the oldest Astronomical Clock in Europe, the Klementinum (former Jesuit College, the National Library nowadays) or Charles Bridge (the oldest stone bridge in Prague).

Then I would like to walk from the Krizovnicke Sq. by the Charles Bridge along the riverside enjoying stunning views of Prague Castle and surroundings to reach the National Theatre and Narodni St. with memorial to Velvet Revolution making the end of communist dictatorship. After exploring the Wenceslas Sq. I would like to finish by the equestrian statue of St. Wenceslas at 12.30pm.

The second walking tour should follow the same way vice versa from the St. Wenceslas statue to the Powder Tower, with the beginning at 1.30pm, ending at 4pm.

So plan your day and flights accordingly and don’t miss this opportunity!
