Extending your Sales- or Service cloud implementation with Marketing cloud (or the other way around) opens up a world of possibilities. Salesforce offers Marketing Cloud Connect to connect Marketing Cloud with your other org(s). In this session, we’ll explore how this integration works and what the features and use cases are possible. Topics we’ll cover are integration steps, data model and how the sync works, subscriber key, how to manage subscribers from service/sales cloud, de-duplication and an overview of use cases that highlight the possibilities this integration offers. This session targets Salesforce admins, consultants and business owners that are considering integrating clouds.
